I was thinking about this time last year and about how much I’ve improved. This time last year I lay in bed all day every day, I didn’t go to uni or work. Cooking meals was a chore, I lacked the motivation to do anything. I didn’t want to do anything. I’d drive to the supermarket to do a food shop only, when I had absolutely nothing left to eat,...
Day one of sensible dieting went well. I had a slice of toast for breakfast, a yoghurt, snack a jacks and sandwich for lunch and home made curry for dinner.
Did a load of sit ups and then me and Emily are having work out nights as well as sitting and watching films. We did the Cream work out DVD I got a couple of years back and safe to say it killed us both.
