Day one of sensible dieting went well. I had a slice of toast for breakfast, a yoghurt, snack a jacks and sandwich for lunch and home made curry for dinner.
Did a load of sit ups and then me and Emily are having work out nights as well as sitting and watching films. We did the Cream work out DVD I got a couple of years back and safe to say it killed us both.
Just trying to incorporate a bit of exercise in to every day and stop eating junk food and start eating breakfast to get my metabolism working instead of not eating til 2.
